Reviewed & fixed: cursor now lives in stage-space (constant size, no counter-scale jitter), the camera settles before the pointer arrives and clicks (no moving-target snap), captions sit on a lower-third scrim instead of overlapping the UI, and the search match is a layout-neutral outline. To ship it: drive this exact page with npx playwright at deviceScaleFactor:2, record natively, then ffmpeg to a README GIF + 4K MP4/WebM. Window rebuilt 1:1 from docs/design/tokens.css.
